If someone wanted to make a mural commemorating where Leif Erickson landed, even though he didn’t stick around or marry a local, I would be cool with it. History is cool.

I guess they do sort of have a point if the mural really has no significant relevance or meaning to where it was painted., but then again, just paint a mural of your own!

It doesn’t look that much like her, but it is still pretty neat. My guess is if the mural had featured a person of color... no one would have objected.
