Uber has removed from its app a driver who kicked two Camden County women out of her vehicle after they kissed.
One of the women recorded the incident and had posted it on her personal Facebook page in a post that went viral, and said the driver told them to get out of her car because their lifestyle violated her beliefs.
The transportation company on Sunday confirmed that it no longer works with the unidentified driver. [ ]
Kristin Michele and Jenn Mangan were in an Uber on their way to a Zac Brown Band concert in Camden on Friday night when Michele leaned over and gave Mangan a kiss on the cheek, the couple said. It was after that, they said, that the driver pulled over and demanded they get out. [ ]
When Michele asks in the video if the womans kicking them out because theyre gay, she responds Yes, I am. Yes. Get out.
The driver said she was a Christian woman and didnt believe in that, said Michele, who began recording after that. The driver later argues she can reject any ride she wants to.

“My guess is that kissing likely involved a whole lot more.”
I can’t imagine noticing just a kiss by backseat passengers while driving. Something else to this story.
I hope no tongues were involved.
Heres the question: Can drivers refuse to contract with anyone they want or cant they?
B. Sure, Ill bet it was a peck on the cheek. For the driver to notice, Im sure it was a little more involved than that. For the record, ANYONE making out heavily in MY car is going to get expelled.
I drove using Uber for a while years ago until I learned of their decidedly leftist bent. Other than disgustingly drunk Christian college students from the resident university (TCU) most of my riders were extraordinary civil and polite. Even had a regular pick up of a male gay couple who never displayed anything untoward.
Staged.
