Uber has removed from its app a driver who kicked two Camden County women out of her vehicle after they kissed.
One of the women recorded the incident and had posted it on her personal Facebook page in a post that went viral, and said the driver told them to get out of her car because their lifestyle violated her beliefs.

I can’t imagine noticing just a kiss by backseat passengers while driving. Something else to this story.

Here’s the question: Can drivers refuse to contract with anyone they want or can’t they?
B. Sure, I’ll bet it was a “peck” on the cheek. For the driver to notice, I’m sure it was a little more involved than that. For the record, ANYONE making out heavily in MY car is going to get expelled.
I drove using Uber for a while years ago until I learned of their decidedly leftist bent. Other than disgustingly drunk “Christian” college students from the resident university (TCU) most of my riders were extraordinary civil and polite. Even had a regular pick up of a male “gay” couple who never displayed anything untoward.
