In our neck of the world, you might even find four (4) week old infants in daycare!

Sadly, this is not because of two income families or even one income but little ones put into “daycare” to “unburden” welfare moms, to assist in “early childhood education of at risk children” who left in the hands of their natural moms could be left unattended or abused much less learning to be like “privileged children.”
