The proper penalty for this deed, after conviction of course, is to be smothered.
How incredibly tragic. But this is one of the consequences of two income families which is now the status quo for most Americans unfortunately. I think it is time to re-think daycare centers in general. A friend of mine nearly lost her baby when she noticed after picking the child up from a highly recommended day care facility , that her daughter was lethargic and becoming non responsive. It turned out the baby had ingested an oxycotin pill. Now it was never clear if the child was deliberately given a pill to quiet her during the day or more likely it fell out of the bag of a staff member and she ate it off the floor, but the result was the same. She nearly died.

Hmmm. I seem to recall barnie slanders calling for silencing babies last week. Trigger? I’d sure be pushing that one if it were me. I mean if the walmart perp in ElPaso is blamed on PDJT............ Just sayin’.
they should be teaching these things in schools, apparently common sense is lacking in many people these days no personal responsibility is being taught and condoned....also anyone around children shout be taught you cannot shake a baby it can kill them..

The Delaware News Journal reported that Ferguson initially gave troopers a different story from what was captured on the surveillance footage. After speaking with investigators, however, she admitted grabbing the child by the shirt.
