Potatoes are a very healthy carb. (Ok, not the fries, lol) You can enjoy them daily, or mix them up with any root vegetables.

Perhaps...but the carb count will quickly add up!
Cold, cooked potato becomes a “resistant starch” which doesn’t digest in the gut like a simple carb does. In fact it becomes a feed source for probiotics.
