May very well be a good thing for people. But here in Southern California, it comes off as just another first-world, indulgent, irritating hipster trend. Like another iPhone app. Oh America: where masculinity, literacy, morals, and genuine occupations of the soul are in short supply... but we are so spoiled we can pick our diets, pick our genders...
Instead of building cathedrals and planning walks to the moon.
Probably no greater waste of time and the financial resources of hard working people than cathedrals and moon walks. (Killer satellites and middles capable of destroying space based enemies would be ok)
I’m in Northern California, and I agree. My daughter has had seizures in the past, and I know all about the Keto diet.
The doctors don’t even recommend the Keto diet for adults with epilepsy because it is hard on the heart. For adults they recommend a modified Atkins diet.
Personally, I think for people without a epilepsy or other major health problem, eat a variety of foods, but cut down the carbs and sugars.
Thought provoking on the state of America. You are getting more and more eloquent as each day goes by.

The disease is called AFFLUENZA. The good news it contains it’s own cure. The bad news is that it takes a while to kick in and it won’t be pretty.
