“How does the writer of the article know what is it Horowitz report that is not public?”
From the article:
“The U.S. Department of Justice this past week released Inspector General (IG) Michael Horowitzs report that looked into whether or not former FBI Director James Comey leaked classified information to a New York Times reporter. The DOJ dropped its long-awaited report on James Comey as the nation headed into the Labor Day weekend.”
Perhaps the writer got the information from the NYT reporter.
Strike last sentence above. Article says report has been released.
I grokked that the article was about Horowitz’ first report which is out and discussed and taken apart bit by bit.
The first report was very, very narrow.
The second OIG report is much more important and larger scope and the author of the article has no idea what is or is not covered in it. So my criticism is valid.
