Horoqitz coul dhave hard charged his Comey report by saying at the start that Strzok and Page determined no clasified material ws leaked - instead he said at the start that "The FBI found," and buring 40+ pages later disclosed that "the FBI" doing the classification review was in fact Strzok and Page.
Horowitz did disclose it, but in a soft-pedaled way.
Gohmert is of course playing a role. He is a politician and as far as I know, wants to be re-elected and maybe bury a few Democrats on the way.
I think Rosenstein is bad, but I have doubts about the recent take, fueled by JW disclosure.
