Former Vice President and 2020 Democratic Presidential candidate Joe Biden has made it clear that he plans to ride former President Barack Obama's back all the way to the White House.
On Wednesday during an appearance on "The Late Show" with Stephen Colbert, Biden announced that he would appoint his former boss, Obama, to the Supreme Court.
"Would you appoint him [Obama] to the Supreme Court?" Colbert questioned.
"Hell yes!" Biden responded. He then added, "I don't think he'd do it but he's fully qualified."
Biden understands that the only reason he has a chance at becoming president is because he formerly worked with Obama. The former Vice President is clearly using his former boss to increase the likelihood that he gets elected. Although Biden is using his former boss to prop himself up, Obama has yet to endorse Biden and it doesn't appear that an endorsement from the former president will be coming any time soon.
As the 2020 election nears, Biden's age seems to keep getting in his way. During a campaign event last month, Biden appeared to forget Obama's name when discussing how Crimea was annexed by Russia. MORE AT LINK - INCLUDES VIDEO INTERVIEW
Surely the toothless Republicans would want to see a genuine birth certificate before approving Obama ....nah!
I think Obama might prefer being UN Secretary General.
Hold a press conference that you're withdrawing from the presidential race and retiring from politics.
Then also announce that it was Obama who orchestrated the spying of Donald Trump and outline the entire SpyGate plan because I know your ass was in on it too.

Given that this is a joke thread, how about Bill Clinton as supreme court judge. I know he was disbarred but still worth a laugh.
If he was on SCOTUS, it would be highly inappropriate for him to weigh in on hot button political issues, campaign for candidates etc. That wouldn’t stop him of course.
Appoint someone to the Supreme Court that surrendered their law licence under murky circumstances...
