Be careful what you wish for.
The United States has gone stark raving mad.
More malignant cancerous ideology spreading from California?
There are already reports of eye bleach shortages in Ft Collins.
Will it be ligal to take pictures of topless woman in public
?
How soon will it becomes mandatory that woman go topless?
Trivia... Fort Collins’ old town was the main model for Disneyland’s Main Street USA.
Next year should be fun at Horsetooth Reservoir!
That stinks. It won't be warm enough there to go topless for about six months.
Even then it will still be a bit nippley.
An incredible amount of money is going into destroying Americas moral code.
There’s not enough eye bleach in the world.
Why is it the only participants in bare the nipple rallies are old women with golf balls in a pair of tube socks for breasts?
And what happens when folks start walking around taking pictures of the legally topless females?
Ya, hear that kid. They're gonna be topless.
I guess you can’t complain if pics of your puppies end up on a porn site
I’m surprised they are going through all that trouble in a lib when all a woman has to do is say she is a man ...
It is difficult to keep abreast of all the cultural changes.
The ones who take advantage are NEVER the hot young ones with the perky, jiggly ones.
:(
It has always seemed a bit silly to take the sight of breasts so seriously.
That said, I’d hate to have to see everyone’s breasts exposed....just ewww.
In order for a society to exist there has to be rules.
Sometimes these rules are in the form of laws, other times these rules are just customs. If an individual breaks a law the state handles the punishment. If an individual breaks a custom those around them will punish them in avoiding that person or shaming them.
Society over time often forget why the original customs were establish and each generation does their part in weakening them.
Growing up in the 1950s (and it was true before then) for a girl to get pregnant was about the worse thing to happen to her. Society punished the girl and while that may be unfair it served society’s purpose. Out of wedlock births and single mothers was small (especially compared to today).
While the individual girl was punished, it made all other girls safer. They could (and did say no) when being pressured for sex, and if the suitor persisted a father or brother would step in and re-enforce the NO.
The pill and abortion changed things (but I question if for the better). Today girls (and boys) begin having sex at a much younger age, out of wedlock births are high, and a life of poverty is almost guaranteed for the mother. The girl is still paying the price.
But there is another price that is not spoken of too often with all this sex, that is sexual diseases are on the increase. Some are treatable but some are permanent.
This is just one example of a society “custom’ that got tossed away as being too old fashion and unfair to woman.
I have no idea what the consequences of changing a custom that has been around for thousands of years. It is foolish to think there will not be any consequences.
