LOW CARB / KETO PING!!!

I outlined the article below, so people can have it as a reference. The article seems well-written, and about as unbiased as can be hoped for. None of the “you will die” scare tactics that we often see, instead they’re just pointing out where the science is now.

I do think that cancer is an interesting one - and if Keto works for that, it will raise a lot of eyebrows!

They also mention Virta Health, which I think was started by Dr. Tim Noakes, who actually went on trial for telling people to go low-carb (in South Africa), and won the case, which was to keep his medical license. Virta is his revenge for what he went through. This is incredible person (see his videos, they’re the best), and things may really change due to his work.

In any case, this article is definitely worth a read.
