Lol, of course democracy movements in Russia are funded from abroad. The last oligarch, Mikhail Khodorvsky who started Open Russia that criticized Putin, served more than ten years in prison and had his wealth confiscated.
The poll agency is supposed to know that, in the Western world, it’s up to lawmakers and intelligence to decide whether or not that the foreign meddling is to blame for the domestic trouble. Public opinion means nothing.
