First off cut or ripped jeans haven't been new or edgy since the Ramones first wore them as a stage uniform starting in 1974.
Also, if you're plus size, it's best not to draw attention to fabric busting at the seams like this.

The one in the middle broke rule #1 for style choices for ample women. Clothes should ALWAYS fit well. If a heavy women looks like she’s going to burst out of her outfit, she looks unhealthy and out of control of her weight.

In Việt Nam in 2003 when I first went back there the only heavy folks I saw were bureaucrats. Every time I go back the population is taller and heavier. Last year the street scene in Sài Gòn was very like the street scene in any American city. Rising prosperity does that. A nation is rich when there are authority figures and popular personalities advising people how to eat to lose or not gain so much weight. In that same time the incidence of diabetes has steadily climbed to become now a widespread problem that government talking heads talk their heads off about.
