p.s. I think as far as saving money goes, military tribunals might have some advantage. From what little I’ve learned, it seems that those trials don’t drag on endlessly like similar civilian trials often do.

OTOH, if we are correct that no name was tried in a tribunal, it was over 6 months between the time he disappeared and the time he died. So 6 month trial?

What’s a girl to do, Q?
Can’t sleep for worrying about the status of the Chans; the flotsam and jetsam being dumped into the ocean by Dorian; the children who may go missing in the Bahamas; Hong Kong’s patriots; the braying, bestial bad guys; and the safety of POTUS, his family, and all who stand with him.

Let something big rip to tide us over?

...You know she’s waiting
Just anticipating
The things that ....will clean up this whole mess..., yeah, yeah
But while she’s there waiting
Without them try a little tenderness
That’s all you got to do...

Probably not, the Article 32 hearing, trial, review was probably 6 weeks of that. Maybe they waited on sentence for some dog's birthday, or they just released that he was dead on a random day in view of his service before he became a traitorous POS. The world may never know.
