Former sex educator Monica Cline said Planned Parenthood pushes sex education that grooms children for promiscuity and leads to abortion.
Cline worked as a sexual health education instructor in collaboration with Planned Parenthood in Texas for ten years, she told the Daily Caller News Foundation. She started out as an HIV prevention educator in 1997 with ALLGO, an organization focused on gay people of color in Austin, Texas.
She was later trained by the Director of Prevention Education at Planned Parenthood in Austin, Texas, in 1997 and would go on to become Title X Training Manager for Texas and New Mexico.
We have to approach this and look at your audience and realize that theyve probably done anything and everything related to sex, the Planned Parenthood Director of Prevention Education told Cline at the beginning of her instruction. Cline has asked that the director, who has passed away, remain anonymous out of respect for the directors family.
It was very explicit, Cline said, revealing she was told she must discuss all sexual topics with students, including, Oral, vaginal, and anal sex, and the use of sex toys.
The director showed Cline several Planned Parenthood case studies that showed girls as young as 10 years old coming to Planned Parenthood for help with injuries, the removal of foreign objects and abortions. The studies convinced Cline that something must be done to help these young women.
Wow, youve convinced me, she said she told the educator. How do I teach these girls not to have sex?
No dear, we arent teaching them not to have sex, the educator told her. We are teaching them how to do it safer.
Planned Parenthood teaches students risk reduction rather than teaching children how to have healthy relationships and to date in groups, Cline said.
Risk reduction is simply telling them how to make the high risk safer by using lubrication and condoms, she explained. The next step is to make them understand they need to be tested for STDs every couple months.
Planned Parenthoods sex education grooms students for promiscuity, Cline believes, and this promiscuity leads them to abortion. The sex education grooms them for promiscuity. Grooms them for STD treatment, and grooms them for abortion, she said.
She explained that childrens introduction to sex is illicit sex, referring to a video children were shown at a Waco, Texas, conference where Cline was present.
Cline taught twelve and thirteen-year-old students a module on healthy relationships while her co-worker taught the same students a module on STD training, which included a video depicting a couple who has just had sex.
The video, called Nicoles Choice, and sold by sexual educators for $125, shows a girl wake up after a one night stand and realize she must handle the sexually transmitted disease she received from her hookup.
Teens are being given false ideas that condoms will cover all the bases, Cline added. They do tell them to get tested and treated which means coming back to the clinic and if they are pregnant they are encouraged to get an abortion.
As a sexual health educator, Cline says she was taught to identify with what students are going through and ultimately lead them to choose abortion.
We were supposed to identify what they are going through, Cline explained, Say, youre just a teenager, the last thing you want is a baby. Identify with her fears. Your parents are probably going to be so mad at you. We can take care of this for you, its not a problem.'
And Cline believes that Planned Parenthood employees genuinely thought abortion is the compassionate option.
They always went to the extreme, Cline said, saying that the employees would say, If we dont do this for this girl, she will live in poverty. Or her parents will commit acts of violence.
This influenced how Planned Parenthood employees treated prostitutes or young girls who came in with men who were not their fathers, Cline said.
They believed that if they reported cases of pimps and prostitutes, pimps would not see Planned Parenthood as a safe place to bring women for healthcare anymore. Cline said the employees believed it was better to treat the victims and keep the secret.
Cline attended a human trafficking conference in 2009, thinking she could teach her employees how to spot red flags and aid victims of human trafficking. At this point, she was Title X Training Manager for Texas and New Mexico with the Center for Health Training, now known as Cardea Services.
But when she returned to a Corpus Christi, Texas, clinic to explain her findings to employees, she was met with dismissal.
Honey, if shes not having sex with this man this month, shell be having sex with another man next month, Cline was told. The behavior caused Cline to leave her job at the Center for Health Training in 2009.
Their view of our children is very skewed, Cline said. They believe that this is what our children want. They dont see our children as victims, they see them as willing participants.
Planned Parenthood and Cardea Services did not respond to multiple requests for comment from the DCNF.
Planned Parenthood wants a steady supply of customers. Abstinence would reduce their income.
Evil is Live spelled backwards.
Evil is Anti-Life.
Ironically, PP received a monumental boost with the development of the pill. Society, as we knew it, changed forever.
Some of us remember when we were told we had to allow Sex Education in public schools to prevent teenage pregnancy. How has that worked out? Seems to me just another unintended consequence that wasnt unintended at all.
Sickos at PPP aren’t really in the business to provide abortions. They are in the business to harvest and market fetal tissue for Evil and Satanic purposes.
In other news, water is wet.
Sex Ed has two purposes - sell abortions to the girls and sell homosexual behavior to the boys.
A Planned Parenthood representative came to my high school when I was about 15, in 1975, to teach sex ed. She was basically selling abortion. She stressed the dangers of various birth control methods, while assuring us that abortion is perfectly safe. She insisted that birth control is highly likely to fail, thereby implying that we might as well not bother with it. She discussed the rhythm method, which she (correctly) said is not reliablebut she made sure to give info that makes it even less reliable by telling us that what I know now are signs of ovulation are the times when it is safe to have sex.
She also scoffed at the idea that a fetus is alivewell, some people can believe its alive (snicker), some people even believe that a sperm or egg is alive (guffaws)! And then she proceeded to tell us that if we have menstrual cramps, we can get rid of them by having a late abortion because it stretches the uterus, which would eliminate the cramps. I know now that cramps are a result of hormone flux during the cycle, and have nothing to do with whether one has been pregnant.
Lastly, she discussed what happens when a young pregnant girl comes to PP. She said that the girl often comes in wanting to have a baby, but once they counsel her on how much trouble and effort a baby is, shell have an abortion. Of course, what she was describing was high-pressure sales tactics to sell abortions.
This was over 40 years ago, when abortion was newly legal. At the time, I was puzzled at the presentationI still believed that PP had good intentions, so it made no sense that they were promoting abortion and discouraging birth control. As an adult, I understand exactly what the PP saleswoman was doing. PP has remained very active since that time.
The reported efficacy of birth control methods is much lower now than it was then, e.g. going from 99.9% efficacy for the pill to maybe 95% effective now. This is not because birth control methods are worse, but because women who do not have much incentive to avoid pregnancy (they count on abortion to eliminate mistakes) are less likely to use the methods correctly.
I am not surprised that PP prioritized its abortion industry over receiving federal health care funds. Abortion profits dwarf the federal funds, and they do not provide healthcare anyway.
Surely this is a mistake that this article was posted in chit/chat
PP is a front group for the farther of lies.
Time was sex toys couldn’t be sold to a minor and now adults are encouraging minors to use them with demonstrations of technique and cleaning in class?
PP assumes that EVERYONE is sexually active from age 10. This false premise is so sad for the young women and young men in the Junior Highs and High Schools. I am a child of the 60s. I was flabbergasted that some of my schoolmates were actually pregnant while we were still in High School.
Even if you are taught to wait for the right one, there is great peer pressure to succumb to having sex too young. PP pushes our youth to think it is important to succumb and there is an answer to unwanted pregnancy. Some states even discourage telling young pregnant women that they can always opt for an adoption. Very sad for our youth, starting over 50 years ago.
V.D.s and abortion are so empowering! Getting that hookup feeling is all that matters to the modern sluts.Equality means being more of a pig than the scumbag guy.Women need to wake up but maybe womankind is so socially and sexually re-engineered that they are done for. It’s sad.
