I haven’t found any. The most that I could find was a Business Insider story about increased risk of kidney stones if you go too protein rich on Keto and don’t drink enough liquids - but then again, no one here has brought that up.

So, since you cannot back up your claim, please don’t troll here, there are plenty of other threads where you’re welcome to do that. We’re trying to get and help people be HEALTHY, particularly if they’re Type 2 diabetic, or heading that way.
