Some friends and I were discussing diet and eating well, and someone said that it’s what you do most of the time that matters, not the occasional treat that you have.
I am not going to insult the cook by skipping their lovingly prepared dishes even if it is not what I usually eat.
If you are allergic that is different but some people make such a fuss over food. If you eat healthy 95% of the time you are ahead of the game. If you do something that gets you moving on a daily basis you are doing even better.
