I remember when they were good.
LOL, and Peyton was there.
Tennessee should beg Lane Kiffin to come back....lol!???
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Gonna be a long season, I’m afraid...
I think Fulmer is going to be back coaching them very soon.
And FSU loses too. Great day.
As a Gator fan I couldn’t be happier. Not only did UT lose, but both FSU and South Caroling choked. Gators play all three this year.
I remember back in the 60s and 70s Tennessee was a real powerhouse. Georgia State has been one of the worst teams in the Sunbelt.
Maybe they are good this year.
Ole Miss lost, too. SEC is not very strong from top to bottom.
TN ran out of steam and coaching.
Pruitt is in trouble.
Outstanding.
Gonna be a long year for the SEC.
In the late 1980s, Memphis State beat the University of Florida in the first game of the season.
The entire town of Gainesville was walking around in stunned silence for the next week.
Florida had the future NFL Hall of Fame running back Emmitt Smith on that team, too.
Tennessee got a proper ass kicking.
They were not prepared.
I wonder who that falls on?
Memphis State was our sixth game of the 1988 season, and we were 5-0 (and ranked 14th) when we lost.
“Montana” State was our first game of the season, which we won 69-0.
