Society determines law and who will enforce it. Not the individual property owner. You can no more shoot somebody on your property without a threat than you could commit other crimes (rape, assault) just because you are on your property. You need to go back and rethink your thesis.

Nope, it still takes a legal warrant and proof of rape or assault for even the law to trespass on private property. The Constitution is to absolutely protect EACH INDIVIDUAL from the “society mob” no matter where they happen to be. Including deadly force to prevent trespass if needed. Society does not have the rights to null and void the rights granted at will.

Any law that deprives this right and deterrent is an unconstitutional law.
