My dad and my uncles grew up in Glenns Ferry. Don’t know if any were a part of the Elmore County Benevolent Society, and alas they are all but one are gone so I can’t ask. Spent wonderful summers in GF. Quite a contrast to SoCal where I grew up.
I remember you could only buy wine and spirits at the state liquor store and you had to have a ‘license’. Grandpa would somehow finagle one from a friend (he worked for Union Pacific) to get wine for Christmas.
I hear on that. I’m always here. The wife is always “Are you on that computer again!?!’’. I procrastinate at everything because of it. I was going to join a self- help group for that but I kept putting it off.
Yeah, right? Besides, I’m sure they can’t just be ‘’merely dead’’ but I’m sure they have to be ‘’really most sincerely dead’’.
