update 6:01 PM PT -- A spokesperson for Suffolk County, NY tells TMZ ... "Third Precinct Police Officers were doing a patrol check of the Bay Shore Marina when they observed a man shouting at people, swinging a small bat and causing a disturbance at approximately 5:45 p.m. The man was transported to a local hospital for evaluation."
The angry short guy who threw a fit in a Bagel Boss shop a month ago is all fired up again -- only this time, it landed him in cuffs.
Chris Morgan was restrained by cops Sunday at Bay Shore Marina in New York, where eyewitnesses say he'd allegedly gotten into it with another guy just moments prior. Police were on the scene and pounced -- and most of it was caught on camera.
You can see the officers tell Chris to lay on his stomach and get his hands behind his back. He complies, mouthing off throughout the whole ordeal.

I recall my Dad wondering: “As little as Herve is, can’t the women just take one step backward? He couldn’t reach them then! Do that, or toss him in the trunk and drive to the police station.”

This little Ewok would do well to remember that one day, he may encounter someone larger and having just as bad a day. I had a roommate like that back in the 80’s. Hated blacks with a purple passion - ALL of them. One evening, he pulled into a fried chicken joint for dinner, and started talking trash to a group of homeys hanging out outside, minding their own business. They put such a beatdown on him, it took two months for all the bruises and scabs to heal. He looked like they dragged him around the block a few times and left him in the road. I guess it never occurred to him not to go into a black neighborhood armed with nothing but your mouth.
Sounds like your roommate got his just deserts.

Sounds like some wannabe tough guys I knew growing up in the 70’s, they watched a few too many Bruce Lee flicks and thought they were black belts. A couple of them learned the hard hard, that ain’t how things work.
Nah, this guy was just a Class A, west Philly jerk. Totally anal retentive about everything, all mouth. We shared the same bungalo for three years, and not once did he ever have a date (go figure). I usually had a different girlfriend every month, which really cheesed him off. I can still feel the schadenfreude when I saw him right after he got his ass handed to him. If I could have located the brothers who delivered the attitude adjustment, I’d have shaken their hands and bought them each a cold one. LOL
