On the other hand, you want to always add to your supporters, not exclude individuals on supplementary issues. Just because someone has some far out opinions doesn’t mean that that person won’t support one of your central issues. The bottom line is that she’ll vote for Trump. I truly don’t care if she votes for him because she agrees with all of his positions, has a crush on him (I do), or is just passionate about blonde hair.

After the election, we put our faith into Trump’s judgment. His arms are YUGE and go around everyone. If Trump were a scientologist, that would be a completely different issue for each of us. But I feel sure that Trump is perfectly happy to have scientologists vote for him.

You make EXCELLENT points!

IMO there are many people who have been drawn into various fringe groups but do not yet recognize the danger of the group. If the group looks dangerous from the outside instead of helpful, they wouldn’t be able to draw people in.
