Why is it that the press and Buttigieg think we care what he thinks about faith. He is an ex-spook. Who is running a very small city... badly. He had no reason to expect votes. Those who are gay may vote for him because he is gay. But for the rest of us, that is not enough reason for us to care. And its certainly not enough reason for us to care what he thinks about god, or faith or religion.

Agreed. I wouldn’t try to force any particular church on him but any legitimate one could do him a world of good. What bothers me the most is when some people deliberately lie about Our Creator’s moral teachings for us. Or as you say, the most obvious elements of “”natural law.” These things, at least in their most basic forms, are so clear that lying about them is especially reprehensible. If this D “candidate” wants to continue his so-called “lifestyle” that’s his ( freewill) business - but lying about God’s Word won’t help him. That’s for sure
