Mr. Speaker, in 2012, two bioethicistsDr. Alberto Giubilini and Francesca Minervapublished an outrageous paper in the Journal of Medical Ethics, justifying the deliberate, premeditated murder of newborn babies during the first hours, days and even weeks after birth.
The ethicists said: When circumstances occur after birth that would have justified an abortion, what we call after-birth abortion should be permissible. In other words, the same conditions that would justify the killing of a baby in utero justifies the killing of that baby even when she is born. Theythese two individualsmade it clear that because a child does not have dreams about the future at birth, that that somehow is a disqualifier to personhood.
The infanticide that they proposed, Mr. Speaker, is here. After-birth abortion is here.
Earlier this year, New York Governor Cuomo signed into law a bill to allow abortion until birth; it even removes penalties for infanticide. Other states including Virginia, Rhode Island and New Mexico have similar anti-child statutes under consideration.
The violent assault on children, Mr. Speaker, must end.
Not only have over 61 million unborn babies been killed since 1973 by either dismemberment, where the child is torn apart, arms and legs and torso literally dismembered, or by chemical poisoninga death toll that equates with the entire population of Italybut the pro-choice crowd now is legislating to extend the violence after birth.
Mr. Speaker, we cannot look away when a childs fundamental human rights are being violated with such lethal actions. Pass the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act now. Mr. Speaker, give us that chance to vote on this.
Why are we not conducting war against these monsters?
Ask the Democrats how they would feel about the killing of young children who express transgender inclinations?
Obligate Parasite as was once called by the baby butchers.
1. Baby born alive during a botched abortion I should think would be considered as an American, entitled to citizenship as a real American.
2. Baby born alive to an illegal alien somehow is considered as an American, and thus entitled to the the anchor baby for its mother.
They’re both born alive, but baby #1 can be murdered as a non-American citizen, while baby #2 is somehow considered to be entitled to citizenship for its mommy’s illegal entry in the US.
Makes no sense.
Yrs ago there was an article in Time about genetic scientists who speculated that they may one day be able to determine personality traits from fetal DNA tissue. They specifically cited predispositions toward criminal behavior and homosexuality as examples. IF there is such a thing as a “gay gene” or a “mean gene” (no relation to the late great wrestling announcer) all the pontificating about medical ethics won’t prevent someone from spilling the beans, for a price. Then it will only be a matter of time before a woman seeks an abortion only because her Dr told her the “unviable tissue mass” she’s carrying around may turn out gay. Or a serial killer. Or both. Think Son of Sam, Jeffrey Dahmer, John Wayne Gacy, etc. Then we’ll see the earth fall off it’s axis as militant pro choicers become militant pro lifers faster than Kyle Busch on steroids.
Some of us saw infanticide down the long and slippery slope in 1973.
C. S. Lewis, who died in 1963 (the same day as JFK), would have foreseen this.
Develop a pre natal test that identifies sevual orientation and vcv w aas tch what happens to abortion rights.
People don't like the real answer to that question which is that we're no longer a Christian nation.
For all they'll say to the contrary, even "Conservative Christians" in America worship the Invisible Hand and American Exceptionalism more than they do Jesus Christ. If that were not the case, all the damage that moving industry overseas at the expense of our fellow Americans and the BS about "give up on the drug war" rather than caring about our neighbors would never happen.
There's no cheap or easy way to obey Christ nor is there any short cut to be had by focusing on one thing while ignoring the others.

Sounds like the dem’s thought Jonathan Swift’s “A Modest Proposal” was a how-to guide and not the satire it was intended to be.
They want to eliminate “undesirables” — people they can’t control.
