I vary my exercise from lifting, sprinting, sports, swimming, and yoga.
I do breathing/meditation as well.
I’m naturally hyper, so yoga and meditation help a lot.

Yep, you have to mix things up.

Do the same thing every day and the body adapts, and you won’t get the benefits you’d get if you mix things up.

I do all that too....except I live in the Seinfeld Bizzaro world where every thing is the complete opposite. :-))
