I vary my exercise from lifting, sprinting, sports, swimming, and yoga.
I do breathing/meditation as well.
Im naturally hyper, so yoga and meditation help a lot.
I do all that too....except I live in the Seinfeld Bizzaro world where every thing is the complete opposite. :-))
