He's skeptical like many of us are here. The Overstock CEO claims it was Warren Buffet who told him to come forward. At this point, with the whole game being rigged, I don't trust billionaires like Buffet.

Since it was prominent in one of his books, I believe Buffet holds to an old adage of not doing anything that you wouldn’t want published in the morning paper.
I wonder if Buffet still hangs out with Bill Gates.
