Watched the Byrne interviews. Seems like the objective is to bring forth the concept that HILLIARY, Trump, Cruz and Rubio, were being spied on. Also, to tie this in a neat little bow with Strozk as the fall guy.

I'm skeptical as well. Hillary spied on? Could be they are attempting to give her an "out". If he is telling the truth then we'd have to believe the derps were smart enough to include Hillary in case they got caught, they could claim equal opportunity spying. Perhaps that is how it went down but the derps arrogance makes that hard for me to believe.
