She wasn’t curious why you wanted it?

she knew I believed it was an authentic 3-legged buffalo but she thought it was a fake. it has never been authenticated by an expert.

since 1995, the internet has made it much easier to authenticate historical items.      I'm convinced of the authenticity of my coin.   I welcome your invitation to post pictures of it so the truth can be known!

It never occurred to me that you might be lying.

It would be a very odd thing to do on an anonymous forum :)

But I’d like to see what it looked like.

I looked at them on google but they REALLY VARY by price from 40 to 2000!!

I’ll bite, please Post ‘Ol Tripod Hobble for US.

When My Dad Passed away He had been Collecting Coins since He was a Kid. He had Books for everything from Pennies up through Silver Dollars also 1 each of Liberty $5 Gold & $10 Liberty gold coins that My Grandfather gave Dad with a note written on Tissue Paper in pencil that said: “Keep these tucked away from that Thieving president !” when fdr dropped the Gold Standard.

I ended up selling all of it over the years out of needing cash. I still kick Myself in the a$$ every day...
