So why Spain? Just another vacation on the taxpayer’s dime. That’s my guess.
The US passed a law that you can’t have sex with minors when you visit a foreign country. i think it was about 15 years ago.
Maybe England doesn’t have law about what you can do when you’re in other countries.
Spain is a fave vaycay spot for Brits.
AS I understand it, Fergie has had the house in Spain forever and Andrew always likes it there. Nice to have getaway homes in foreign countries.
