The FR search works best if you confine it to one or two significant words of the title (usually one is all you need) and stay away from words of three characters or less. Those dont work at all. And avoid typos by using cut and paste rather than typing the words in.
Also, it appears that some people are not choosing the Title option in the pull down. Thats required if you wish to search by title.
