The employee was pregnant, and scared that the stress was negatively affecting her baby

Yeah, sure, as if, whatever. If she were that "scared", she would have walked out right then instead of waiting until after she got her paid vacation through maternity leave. As much as I don't like google, they moved her to another department and she still whined and complained and didn't get her job done.

It’s brutal sometimes when women go out on maternity leave and they are coming back so no one is hired to take their place and you’re hit with double or sometimes triple the workload.

Without an extra dime being paid to you
