Kinda like my BMW.........
Yup- and new cars you can ONLY buy their very expensive FOB keys- and can only get a certain number- usually 6-8 or so- then you have to have the whole ‘anti-theft’ device switched out IF you ever need more keys-
used to be i could get keys made for my vehicle for around $1 apiece- I had to get two new keys for my newer car recently from the dealer, because they had the chip in them, and they were $80 apiece
total ripoff-
I see problems ahead.
