You admit that you do not have access to PACER and have never used the system, and yet that somehow qualifies you, in your feeble mind, to comment on something that you know nothing about as if your words are the Gospel truth.
FYI: I have had a PACER account since the system went live in 2001. I have used PACER literally thousands of times, and indeed, my law practice depends upon it. In addition, I have litigated dozens of cases in the federal court system over the last 35 years, and have a very close relationship with someone who is a prosecutor. My information is based upon personal experience and a personal relationship with someone who has direct knowledge and information concerning the subject matter at issue. You?
