Technically it is trivial to determine the truth about when and where it was posted.

Trivial? Is it trivial to determine if the shooter even actually wrote it? Is it trivial to determine if HE ever posted it to Instagram or anywhere at all? Maybe someone else did.

I was talking about technically determining posting history.

Determining the author is another matter.

I personally don't think he wrote it and won't until I see evidence.
