both shootings have the hall marks of an intelligence service manipulating mentally ill people behind the scenes. I think we need to investigate the associations these people had.

Lot of contradictions. On one hand it was uploaded BEFORE the attack so you assume it was the attacker since it was attributed to him. On the other hand, he was on the road. Of course I can post from my iPhone while fishing from a row boat but posting from the road just a few minutes before the attack is a bit unusual.
