Capital Murder is a state crime and in this case the people of El Paso County can put him and trial and convict him.
Problem is it will take years if not decades. My proposal makes it happen within a year.
There’s no reason that Congress can’t pass a bill making mass shootings a Federal crime, punishable by death.
The sentence needs to be swiftly imposed to be effective.
And in the El Paso case, it’s Texas - they will kill you back!
