Yeah that struck me as odd as well.

I wonder if she has problem hair and took their comments about it as being "racist".

Yeah, that doesn’t sound right. Hairdresseers are not known for their attraction to women.

I found the Rookie quite watchable. I will likely watch next season, if there is one.

I suspect her character was being written out and “to preserve her dignity” she is naking this baseless claim.

Too bad, as she is a good actress but, maybe she can’t handle constantly looking for jobs, which is part and parcel in the entertainment world.
