Problem making donation 2 days in a row
I can’t imagine no donations came in for two days Trebb but that does sound like a FR problem.
Best to hit Jim up.
Just leave all your money in the third washroom down behind the hot water pipe.

Same here this morning.
I had this problem occur this past Saturday. I figured I had screwed up some how and decided to give it a rest until Sunday. Turns out I was right about waiting and the next day everything went through smoothly.

Very sorry the system is being stubborn today.
Trebb, the error message I see on your donation is “gateway.” This happens when our server cannot connect to the credit card processor’s server. It’s usually a temporary problem like busy, slow connection, etc, and usually starts working again on later attempts.
MarMema, yours just says ‘error.’ This is usually some sort of data error like missing phone number, or error in account number, exp date, name address, etc.
I’m very sorry but their error messages just don’t tell us very much. Very frustrating.
