I have to admit I was very surprised when I heard Ratcliffe was going to get the job of DNI. He just came out of nowhere. I thought maybe that was one of Q’s stealth bombers. But apparently he is not.
I wonder if they are going to be taking one of those available positions at the top of the DCC
