Theres nothing scarier than finding out that theres something in your house trying to kill you. Unless its just your pet cat.
A Twitter user claimed he was having trouble breathing in his sleep, so he set up a camera to see what was going on at night. What he saw, however, was somehow both adorable and also terrifying (as only cats can pull off).

Luis Navarro posted on the social media site three pictures taken while he was sleeping. His cat can be seen getting closer to his face until it eventually just sits directly on his face, blocking his nose and mouth. Its unclear if the cat is actively trying to murder him or just getting cozy, but it does look very comfortable in some of the photos.
I couldnt breathe when I slept so I installed a camera, reads the original tweet.

cat apnea
Frankly, a guy who can’t figure out his cat is sitting on his face without setting up a camera deserves to die by moggicide.
I have my nap cats. One curls up on my lap and the others along my side and that helps me take a nice Saturday and Sunday afternoon naps. I lost my big Tubby who would burrow into me armpit at nap time. My wife gets the dogs to snuggle but the cat’s seek me out.
I think it is fake. Look at the owners left wrist. Sometimes there is a watch, sometimes there is not. He staged the event and forgot to make suitable costume arrangements.
One of our three hairballs will meow *loudly*, repeatedly until I place my hand palm down on the bed. She lays on top of my hand and will stay for hours.
Our cats are very helpful for napping. We’re convinced that they put out sleep rays.
Ha! You’re her “hooman heating pad”.
I went to visit my folks one weekend. Their part Siamese and something a lot bigger crawled up in my lap in the recliner. We took a little nap. When I woke and decided to get up the cat was having no part of it. Do you know how vicious a cat can sound?
They suffocate babies that way!
When I napped on the couch the cats loved to nap in between my legs.
Having two twenty pound cats between your legs makes it diffficult to move.
They would sleep at night with the kids. Their favorite place was on the pillow above their heads. Kind of a cat night cap.
Is that where the phrase “sit on my face” comes from?
Mine can dig in pretty good. Plus when she first gets on my lap she starts grabbing for my hand to rub her head and chin. She only has 3 legs and is missing her right rear leg and she knows that I will give her right cheek /chin area a good scratching. When I stop I have to keep my right hand above my head or she’ll really get vicious pawing for more chin scratching.

My two 25 pound pugs sleep on or about my head.
I see what you did there. ;)
My big Tubby was quite the snorer, and then I had my Silky Sue and she was drooler. I miss both of them.
My dad never let us have a cat for a pet when we were growing up.
When he was a young kid a neighbor’s infant was smothered in its basinet by the family’s cat. It was likely unintentional, but that did not change my adult father’s position on his kids having a cat.
