Little Jeremiah: I am wondering what sleeper is. Since Q said (more than once iirc) “Trust Wray”, I assume Wray has been serving a purpose. What purpose, I do not know.

Possibly, “trust Wray” meant, ‘trust Wray to be a placeholder’? That would correspond with the brackets indicating Wray is “controlled” or has a role to play. He may not be a black hat, just an actor in the movie. (Shooting for that “Best Supporting” award?)
So, Wray has a role to play in The Plan and understands it. The primary trust should always be in The Plan
