Ohio State plays Cincinnati, Florida Atlantic, Miami Ohio, and Rutgers. Wow, what a tough OOC schedule. They will be, on average, favored by 30 in those games.
Alabama has been scheduling at least one pretty good OOC opponent just about every year with Saban. This is one of the few years where none of the OOC opponents really jump out at you.

Ohio State and Oklahoma squared off pre-conference season twice in the last three years. In the off-year Ohio State scheduled TCU, which at the time was another top team from the Big12. In that same off year, Oklahoma scheduled UCLA and Houston.
Clemson has home and away faceoffs pre-conference with Texas A&M and prior to that had home and away faceoffs with Auburn.
Georgia has Notre Dame home-and-away.
