* Remember when teachers warned us Trump was scaring school children?
Although hes almost a decade shy of the voting age, Micah St. George has a message hes anxious to deliver to the Republican National Committee: Please dont nominate Donald Trump for president.
A soon-to-be fourth grader in Newton, Massachusetts, Micah is the co-founder of Kids Against Trump, a group that started with a paper petition passed around the playground at Angier Elementary, a K-6 school in a bucolic suburb just west of Boston.
The idea for the petition started in February after some of Trumps speeches. The candidates words troubled Micah on two levels. First of all, there were Trumps disparaging comments about women, Muslims, and immigrants. Micah was adopted from Guatemala as an infant, and he has two moms. So it felt to Micah like Trump was attacking his family and friends.
But another thought stuck with Micah: I can understand everything hes saying.
Hes talking on my levelIm 9 years old, Micah says. Thats not okay.
Micahs friend and classmate Alexis Fridmanwho started the original recess petition with him and is the other co-founder of Kids Against Trumpput it another way: If I talked like Donald Trump, Id get sent to the principals office immediately.

If you have been watching discussion on political debates or reading about current presidential election political behavior, you may have heard the term The Trump Effect. During Sunday nights second presidential debate, presidential candidate Hillary Clinton used the term that describes a phenomenon that some say now exists.
But what is it, exactly? The Southern Poverty Law Center is an organization that states their mission is to fight hate, teach tolerance, and seek justice. This organization has defined The Trump Effect as having several components, and is based off of a survey of approximately 2,000 teachers who instruct students anywhere from kindergarten age to seniors in high school. Its important to note that this is not a scientific study. It is a voluntary poll of teachers who choose to respond to the survey, and according to the Center itself, it is likely that those who are most concerned about hatred, intolerance, and lack of social justice are the people that respond.
With that said, the results of this poll are sobering. The main results of the poll are that two-thirds of teachers report children expressing fear about what may happen to them as a result of the election, particularly Muslims and students who have immigrated or whose parents are immigrants, that more than half of teachers have seen an increase in incivility when discussing politics, that more than one-third of teachers have seen an increase in anti-Muslim sentiment, and 40 percent of teachers state they are hesitant to teach about the presidential election.

wise kids...at that age I was still eating nose boogers.
Public schools thru colleges are pumping these young kids heads full of s#!t
>>As for Micah, he has a backup plan should Trump be elected: Were going to move to Ireland, he says. Canadas closer, though. So we might go to Canada.<<
Why not mexico? Anyway, I bet they’re still here.
Everyone should understand that this is evidence of child abuse and these children should be removed from their abusive parents before more damage is done.
I bet we’ll be reading about Micah’s transgender adventure in five years, and about his suicide in ten.
Aside from the reliability of liberal teachers, pollsters and reporters, a larger question must be asked:
How childish are adults who take and/or seek the advise of children on serious political issues?
At age eight, it’s probably far more the result of his lesbo “mothers” than the schools. We are hearing him regurgitate what the “two mothers” have fed him since birth.
Or the respondents are those who have drunken the most Koolaid and are living in a rabid leftist fantasy land where any hint of a dissenting opinion is to be violently suppressed.
Considering this article was published pre-presidential election, it looks like the left was ginning up its hatred and intolerance before they even knew for sure Trump was going to be elected.
Why, because we have an indoctrination system not an educational system.
What next, Mao collar grey coats for all children as they salute a picture of Obama and Hillary?
Then striking a piñata of President Trump again and again in the schoolyard after a morning of anti-American propaganda.
I am starting to watch the WWII series Why We Fight. The first film shows the Japanese,Italian and German children being indoctrinated to give their entire lives to service of their country against the Allies.
Just change the name to Dem Party.
I used to live in Newton, MA. This is the retired Barney Frank’s district. No surprise.
When we were patrolling in the Al Anbar Province, we knew that the villages where the kids wouldn’t come out to greet us were going to be a problem: because of the BS fed to families around the dinner table gets absorbed by the kids.
My pinko teachers did this about Barry Goldwater.
This is very true. I have a teacher in the family and the Media, along with their subsidiary, the Democrat Party, has done an outstanding job of frightening children over Trump.
He’ll turn the earth into an oven and within a decade all of the plants and animals will die. If your parents are immigrants he will kick your family out of the country. He will cut all the welfare programs and you and Mom will starve, etc.
All of this is doing permanent psychological damage to children, who are political pawns in all of this.

yes the anti american; anti christian, anti family agenda has taken over most of our educational institutions.
my grandkids go to a “magnet school” and one of them came up to me in fall of 2016 and ask me if he could tell me a joke?
I said sure.
he said: “donald trump”
I said “who is pumpin your head full ...of this stuff”
the schools are also preaching the kids determine their own gender.....
I doubt if any of them recite the “pledge of allegiance” to start the day anymore???
it's taken a long time to get here, but it was their plan all along.
2 short years of trump admin is attempting to rekindle pride in america (despite the squad).
the 4th of July ceremony was a great event & history lesson in american exceptionalism.
hope we can see more of this.
Third graders?
I was in 3rd grade when Kennedy was assassinated.
I got up that day and got ready to be dragged off to school, (I hated it at that young age already) and didn’t know what a president was, we hadn’t got that far in school, they hadn’t mentioned government or politics yet. I think we got there in 6th grade or later.
A few hours later I found out we had a president and he had just been killed. In 3 weeks I would be 9 years old.
Now they tell me 3rd graders are traumatized because Trump is president?
This can only be because the liberal teachers are feeding them anti Trump propaganda daily. When I was in 3rd grade I didn’t even know we had a president, much less what his name was.
I still remember finding out about it though...I remember wondering why Walter Cronkite (whose name I didn’t know yet either) couldn’t make up his mind whether the president was dead or not. (he was getting conflicting information from different sources) I can still almost see the old wooden box on the wall that held the speaker for the “intercom”, a term I knew nothing about, this wondrous box that let the principal talk to us by some almost magical means...It may or not matter that I never even saw this “principal” guy...later on I had the opportunity to have...shall we say consultations...with them a few times...but then, this principal guy I heard about could have been a mythical creature like a unicorn and I wouldn’t have known he difference. I heard “the voice” from this speaker box, that’s all...never saw the actual person.
We lived literally across the street from the school, on the back side of the street facing the playground. The house I could see from the back door of the school was the one in front of ours, on the other side of the block. Weird place, we had no back yard as such, maybe a few feet, we had a side and front yard...small, but a yard. I learned to cast an old Shakespeare fishing reel there. The kind with a handle that spun as you cast. 10 foot ceilings, an attic fan was all we needed. Hardwood floors...
I watched the 5PM news that night, something I never did, I had no interest in all that, I was a kid...I wanted to know when I could go outside and shoot my BB gun. News? that’s old people stuff...on a grainy B&W TV.
LBJ was on that night, doing his first speech as prez from the airport in DC (I found that out later too). I watched him for about one minute and I knew he was a liar. I said so out loud, my father chewed me out for calling the president a liar. I said I don’t care who he is, he’s a liar.
If JFK had not been killed that day, I probably would not have even known what a president was for another 2 or 3 years or so, when government became part of our regular curriculum. Now kids are afraid of the president a couple of years before I should have known we even had one?
I know his is happening though. I have a good friend who told me 2 or 3 weeks ago her grandson, about that age, came to her house one day and was telling her Trump was keeping kids in cages at the border. 7 or 8 years old, maybe 9, and they are filling his head with liberal propaganda. She asked him where he heard that, he said from his teacher. She tried to tell him it was not true, she’s not sure if she got through to him or not. Those “cages” are the same ones Obama built and used. Most of the pictures we see on the “news” are from 2014, when Obama was using them. But the kids have no idea that is the case. All they have to go on is what the teacher says. They may have more current pictures now, but 2 months ago they were all from 2014.
And of course, he believes every word of it, the teacher is the greatest authority in his world, and is always right.
