You speak wisely.
Prescription drugs have literally been my downfall in life.
No addictions or anything like that.
Dangerously contraindicated meds given to me and i was too lazy to look them up. Caused a stroke and it was 6 years before I could work again.
The brain DOES heal after the 2 year window and God was GOOD to me. Praise him. And I’m no zealot. Just giving him the praise he deserves on this one.
And YES I read sugar makes you hungrier!!
At my weight an with the way i’ve lived the past 30 years to have a fasting glucose of 85 is ANOTHER gift from God.
But it will not last so it’s time to rock n roll.
