I mean how to create a hyperlink to open a webpage in a new tab. Some of the Q posts that ransom posted have an open folder at the end, and that opens the page in a new tab.

I use html-online.com to create the codes for me. I can kinda see some of the coding for opening in a new tab when I look at the two lines of the drop that contains the link with the icon of the folder  (both lines are together in the drop without any breaks):

<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWYrcnehito" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWYrcnehito</a>

<a id="archive_today" title="archive" href="https://archive.today/newest/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DWYrcnehito" target="_new">📁

So the first time that link is used, it has:

target="_blank" rel="noopener"

Right after that, the link is used again and it includes:

target="_new"
