Declassifying something and releasing to the public are not the same.

Recall the declassified information currently in AG Barr's possession. Declass'd, but not released to the public.

Barr has the authority to declass. He wasn't handed a pile of declassified stuff. Though you're still correct - just because something is not classified doesn't mean it will be released to the public.

I agree. Just pointing out that it was declassed (not sure when) and released long before yesterday.
