A lot of that stuff is automatically archived by the apps, and can be retrieved later for reference or legal issues. On Judge Judy, texts, e-mails and voicemails are constantly being referenced during judgments, and they put to rest any of the “he said, she said” stuff. I imagine that if she archived them herself, that would be the reason why. Can you imagine the blowback she’s receiving even though she has proof?
