Think again. Independent witnesses at the scene stated the same thing, in fact stated the decedent held the gun with both hands, pointing it right at the cop. If that shooting stance doesn't justify getting shot by a cop, nothing does.

As a right-handed shooter, when I take a solid two-handed shooting stance, I lead with my left foot VERY far forward.
