Independent witnesses at the scene stated the same thing, in fact stated the decedent held the gun with both hands, pointing it right at the cop. If that shooting stance doesn't justify getting shot by a cop, nothing does.

As a right-handed shooter, when I take a solid two-handed shooting stance, I lead with my left foot VERY far forward.

Leeme ask ya, if someone was gripping a gun with both hands and pointing the gun right at you, would you not shoot them to save yourself because their shooting stance did not meet your standards or expectations?
